Machine Installation/Setup and Removal Services:
We can disassemble your industrial machinery and prepare it for shipping
or load it for transport. Termination of machines may include cutting
of concrete anchors flush with flooring and electrical wiring disconnected
and removed up to the junction box with wire caps.
Re-assembly may include electrical connections, which can include
complete metal conduit runs, and pretest of all equipment. Any machine
anchoring, leveling, alignment and re-programming needed.
We can also dismantle and reassemble complete facilities.
The first two pictures below are of a Phoenix, AZ facility that we
installed 3 spray booths including electrical and installed all of the
over head tracking. The second two pictures are from panel saw installations.
- Pricing:
- Machine setup and removal prices are determined by the machine
type and size so please contact
us for a quote. Travel expenditures will be added
to the final invoice as follows: Airfare, Hotel, Rental Car including
gasoline and insurance, Meals not to exceed $30 per day per service
tech.
